Orders & Processing

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days (custom orders may take longer).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Live Plant Policy

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Live plants are shipped Monday–Wednesday by UPS 2-Day Air only to help ensure safe arrival.
  • Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
  • Shipping times vary by carrier and location. Once your order has shipped, it is out of our control.
  • We are not responsible for postal delays, damages, or packages lost by the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • It is normal for plants to experience minor stress during shipping. Leaves may show yellowing, breaking, or wilting. This is temporary and does not mean your plant is unhealthy.
  • Remove your plant from the packaging as soon as possible, give her a drink, and place her somewhere that will make you both happy.
  • To minimize stress, please do not relocate or repot your plant for at least 2 weeks so she can adjust to her new home.
  • Please check your local forecast before ordering. We are not responsible for damages to live plants due to extreme heat or cold. Ice packs, heat packs, and insulation are available for purchase and are highly recommended during extreme temperatures.
  • We are proactive in treating all our plants to prevent pests without toxic pesticides. We use a neem oil and peppermint castile soap mix along with beneficial insects. If you see a hitchhiker, please know they are beneficial and will not harm you or your plant.
  • All shipments are packed with extreme love and care to minimize stress and damages.
  • Any issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery with unpacking video and photos. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have any concerns, please reach out so we can work toward a resolution.

  • All purchases are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
